Cookies

SmartSponsor uses only essential, first-party cookies and browser storage — the minimum needed to keep you signed in securely. We set no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies, so there is no cookie consent banner to click through.
What we set
- Sign-in session — a secure, HTTP-only cookie that keeps your sign-in active while you use the app. It is never readable by page scripts and expires on its own.
- Session refresh — a secure, HTTP-only cookie used solely to renew your session without asking you to sign in again. It is scoped to the authentication endpoints only.
- Local storage — a small flag remembering that this browser has signed in before (so the app knows to restore your session) and your in-app preferences. No personal data beyond that.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because everything we set is essential to authentication, blocking cookies means you won't be able to stay signed in — the public site remains fully usable.
