Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SmartSponsor, the sports sponsorship marketplace operated by Terre Sport LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. By creating an account or using smartsponsor.ai you agree to them.

The service

SmartSponsor connects event promoters, advertisers, and printers: promoters list sponsorship inventory, advertisers book placements and supply creative, and printers produce the physical goods. SmartSponsor provides the marketplace and tooling; the sponsorship agreement itself is between the participating parties.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and organization.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or create risk for other users.

Content and artwork

You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant SmartSponsor the license needed to operate the service — storing artwork, rendering proofs, and delivering print-ready files to the printer fulfilling your order. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, and for uploaded content complying with the law.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Booking fees, payout schedules, and any platform fees are shown before you commit to a transaction. Refunds for cancelled events or unfulfilled placements are handled per the booking's cancellation terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terre Sport LLC disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
