SmartSponsor is operated by Terre Sport LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("SmartSponsor", "we", "us"). This policy describes what personal information we collect through smartsponsor.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), and the organization you belong to.
• Platform content — events, sponsorship campaigns, artwork, and other material you upload in the course of using the marketplace.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. We keep records of transactions relevant to your bookings and payouts.
• Usage and security data — sign-in events, IP addresses, and browser information, kept as an audit trail to protect accounts.
• Form submissions — if you use our contact, careers, or feedback forms, we keep the name, email, and message you send us.

How we use it

• To provide and operate the SmartSponsor platform.
• To process payments and payouts between advertisers, promoters, and printers.
• To send transactional email — account confirmation, password reset, and notifications about your bookings. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run the platform: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and DigitalOcean (hosting, in United States data centers). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and transaction records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Security audit logs are retained for at least one year.

Your choices

You can access and update your account information from your profile, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data. To exercise any of these choices, reach us through the contact form.
